The full purchase price of the Device is due and payable at the time the order is placed.

Payment may be made online, depending on the Buyer's country of residence as indicated on the Website, via:

The available payment methods may vary based on the country, currency, payment service providers (PSPs), or EYELIGHTS' commercial strategy. EYELIGHTS reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any payment method at any time, without prior notice.

Specific fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method. Such fees will be clearly disclosed to the Buyer at the time of the transaction.

The list of payment methods displayed at any given time is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual commitment. EYELIGHTS reserves the right to update or adjust this list at any time, particularly to comply with local legal or operational requirements.

EYELIGHTS reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery in the event of non-payment of any amount due by the Buyer, payment incident, fraud, or attempted fraud in connection with use of the Website.

The Buyer represents and warrants to EYELIGHTS that they are duly authorized to use the chosen method of payment.
