Delivery of the Device ordered via the Website will be made to the address designated by the Buyer at the time of order placement as the “shipping address” (which may differ from the billing address), provided such address is within one of the authorized delivery territories.
1.2 Delivery Methods
Delivery is performed to the shipping address indicated by the Buyer at the time of order confirmation and must be located within one of the countries listed in Section 1.1.
Prior to completing the order, the Buyer is informed of the available delivery methods, as well as their respective timeframes and costs.
The Buyer must select the preferred delivery method and provide all required information necessary to ensure successful delivery of the Device. The identity of the selected carrier is disclosed on the Website based on the country of delivery.

1.3 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery will be carried out within the timeframe indicated on the product page of the Website. This timeframe shall not, under any circumstances, exceed six (6) months and may vary depending on the specific Device.
If delivery does not occur within this timeframe, the Buyer may cancel the order by sending a registered letter with return receipt or any other form of written communication on a durable medium, provided that EYELIGHTS has first been granted a reasonable additional period to perform delivery and has failed to do so.
The contract shall be deemed terminated upon receipt by EYELIGHTS of the cancellation notice, unless delivery has occurred in the meantime.
In the event of termination in accordance with the above, EYELIGHTS shall refund the Buyer in full, including shipping costs, within fourteen (14) days from the effective termination date.
If replacement of the Device is not possible, EYELIGHTS shall reimburse the full purchase price and associated shipping costs using any appropriate means, no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which EYELIGHTS notified the Buyer of the impossibility to replace the Device.
All returns must first be reported to EYELIGHTS’ Customer Service, which will provide the Buyer with detailed return instructions. The return must be made within fourteen (14) days from such notification, at the Buyer’s sole expense, using packaging that ensures optimal protection of the product.
The returned Device must be in its original condition, unused, with undamaged original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Otherwise, reconditioning or repair fees may be deducted from the reimbursement in accordance with the following terms:
- Unused product, intact packaging, all accessories included: full refund (100%)
- Product tested (e.g., protective stickers removed), intact packaging, all accessories included: full refund (100%)
- Damaged packaging: fixed reconditioning fee of €29 deducted from refund
- Damaged product: repair costs assessed by EYELIGHTS' technical team will be deducted from refund
The refund will be issued using the original payment method within fourteen (14) days from the receipt and full inspection of the returned product.
1.4 Receipt of Delivery
Upon receipt of delivery, if the Buyer considers the Device to be defective, damaged, or non-conforming, they must either refuse the delivery or provide EYELIGHTS or the carrier with a written notice clearly stating the nature of the defect or non-conformity.
2. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Device to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide justification or pay any penalties, except for return shipping fees, which shall be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must send EYELIGHTS, using the contact details provided in Article 2 of the General Terms and Conditions, either the completed withdrawal form (Annex 1 – Withdrawal Form), or a written declaration clearly stating the intention to withdraw, along with the order number.
The Device, including all accessories, must be returned to EYELIGHTS in full working order, in its original packaging, and without undue delay—and in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days following the notification of withdrawal. A copy of the purchase invoice must be included. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for any damage occurring during the return shipment.
EYELIGHTS shall issue a refund as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the withdrawal request is received, covering all sums paid for the order, less applicable return shipping costs and any deductions for damage or non-original packaging. EYELIGHTS reserves the right to defer the refund until the Device has been received and inspected.
