Driven by engineer and biker Romain Duflot, the adventure Eyelights was born from a personal observation and experienced by thousands of bikers: there is no safe and reliable alternative to the GPS fixed on the handlebars which forces you to divert your attention from the road.
While on-board technologies are being developed more and more for cars, users of 2 wheels are also looking to facilitate their driving and gain in comfort.
Inspired by technologies used on the fighter, EyeRide is a futuristic device propelling the augmented reality directly in the field of view of the biker thanks to the technologies of head-up display (HUD).

Our founder
Romain DUFLOT, a 30-year-old engineer, began training as a fighter pilot. It was at Dassault and Airbus that the idea of adapting HUD technology to a motorcycle helmet was born. He co-founded EyeLights in 2016 by getting into deeptech.

There are 50 million car accidents a year that could be significantly reduced by bringing attention back to the road. We could save up to 75 million tonnes of CO2 per year by avoiding car repairs and reducing the number of cars produced worldwide.
